We also offer an outdoor area featuring a barbecue and a covered sofa, perfect for enjoying a relaxing nap in the fresh air after lunch. Each bedroom features its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. In addition, there is an extra guest bathroom for convenience. All three bedrooms have been decorated in neutral tones that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also positively influence well-being and emotional balance. The three master bedroom features a 180×200 cm bed with an orthopedic mattress, ensuring deep rest after a long day of exploring.

A peaceful residential area with a prime location for exploring different parts of the island. Positioned at 300 meters above sea level, it enjoys mild and pleasant temperatures almost all year round.
About 3.1 kms distance you have access to a fully equipped gym.
About 3.2 kms distance you will face one of the most beautiful buildings on the island, the well known art center “Casa das Mudas” that won an international award of architecture, this building its all covered by lava stone bricks.
The village center (3.5km distance) has several shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a promenade for cycling and jogging all along the side sea front with beach access points.
You can take advantage of the extensive promenade at the beach sea side, and join the locals alike in their morning / evening jogging, or for a swim at the most famous Madeira Island beach, at Calheta Village center.
At the beach center area you have the chance to practice kaiaking and paddling and having a launch at the located restaurants. (3.5km distance)
